Role overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage export operations, documentation, shipment coordination, and bank-related export activities. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, buyers, shipping lines, banks, C&F agents, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely export execution.

Job description

  • Prepare exportdocuments including Sales Contract, Invoice, Packing List, EXP, and Bill ofLading.
  • Coordinateshipment planning and dispatch with factory, logistics, and C&F teams.
  • Processexport-related banking activities including lien, SWIFT checking, andencashment.
  • Preparebuyer-required documents such as GSP, SAFTA, REX, Health Certificate, andPhytosanitary Certificate.
  • Coordinate withshipping lines, EPB, Customs, Bangladesh Bank, and related authorities.
  • Ensure properdocumentation and timely shipment execution.
  • Support anyadditional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualification and experience

Professional Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in exportdocumentation, commercial, or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of export documentation andbanking procedures.
  • Familiarity with EXP, Bill of Lading, GSP,SAFTA, and ASYCUDA.
  • Good communication, coordination, and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
